Required Delivery Information
The delivery information includes full name, correct Street Address, email address, post code and phone number. If the either address or phone number isn't correct, you won't receive the items, you will be responsible for the lost.
Shipping options and charges
Shipping your purchases on time is very important to us. To make sure you receive your purchases as soon as possible, the items mostly will be shipped by DHL or Fedex. We're offer free international shipping to worldwide.
Process time of your order
All items are dispatched within 1-2 business day after placing your order, subject to payment verification. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the carrier and order tracking information.
Note: All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays, such as holidays or incorrect addresses. And we recommend that someone be available to accept the package. If you are not able to sign for delivery at home we suggest having parcels sent to your workplace.

Get your order 
The shipping time varies based on where you are located and whether the product you order is in stock. Normally, you will get the items in 5-7 business days after you finish placing the order. Please pay attention with your account at anytime. If you don't receive your order in 10-15 days, please contact us ASAP,we will make every effort to serve with you.
Sign for the delivery 
A signature is required for your delivery. But if you are not available the couriers may try one of your family members. If you and your family members are unavailable, they will take the parcel back and send the order next day.
Refuse a shipment 
If you refuse to sign the order for some reason or if the package was automatically returned after several times unsuccessfully delivery (due to you are not available or you provided a wrong or incomplete delivery address to us), your order will be cancelled and refund will be made to the credit card used for your order. And 50% of the merchandise price will be charged by you and shipping charges will also not be refunded.
Taxes & Customs Duties 
We currently ship to over 200 countries across the globe and most countries allow free trade over the internet and will not charge any customs duty whatsoever for small packages entering the country.
In addition, we will put a low value when shipping the orders to make sure our customers do not need to pay customs fees.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to the reason you wish to return your order, we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return product(s). Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.
You must return your products new and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for refund, and with all tags attached. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense to our warehouse and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refund pay the return fees. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received (i.e. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 30 business days after receipt of the goods. Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt, and will be credited to your credit card.Normally it will take 1-3 months for the bank to process the refund,please wait in patience.If returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and 10% handling charges are non-refundable.
Order cancellation
* Orders cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 10% of the item price.Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 25% of the item price.Shipped orders can not be cancelled. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
* All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
* We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
